Stuck on something in Todoke? Here's how to get unstuck, plus how to reach us directly.
I can't see my repositories
Todoke only sees repos you've explicitly granted to the Todoke GitHub App. If a repo is missing:
- Open Todoke and go to the repository picker.
- Tap "Manage GitHub App Access" to open your installation settings.
- Under "Repository access," add the missing repo (or switch to "All repositories").
- Return to Todoke and pull to refresh the repo list.
My organization's repos aren't showing up
Personal authorization and organization installs are separate. To use Todoke with an org's repos:
- Go to
github.com/settings/installations. - Find the Todoke GitHub App and choose "Configure" next to your organization.
- If Todoke isn't installed on the org yet, an org owner needs to install it there and approve repository access.
If your organization requires third-party app approval, ask an admin to approve Todoke first.
I'm stuck in a sign-in loop
This usually means the browser sign-in didn't hand a valid session back to the app. Try:
- Force-quit Todoke and reopen it, then sign in again.
- Make sure Safari (or your default browser) isn't blocking cookies for
github.com. - Sign out of Todoke first (Settings → Sign Out) before signing back in.
- Check
github.com/settings/apps/authorizations— if you see a stale Todoke authorization, revoke it and sign in fresh.
How do I fully disconnect Todoke?
Sign out inside the app to remove your token from the device, then revoke server-side access at:
github.com/settings/apps/authorizations— revokes your personal authorizationgithub.com/settings/installations— uninstalls the GitHub App from your repos/orgs
